Returns & Exchanges

At Sagamore-Venture Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
